RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase. As a one woman small business, I can only accept returns for in-store credit only within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping. 

All returns are processed through Shopify. If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges accepted as in-store credit within 7 days of delivery. To exchange a ring, return it through the website, receive the in-store credit, and re-order the new ring. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Sale items are FINAL SALE - that means these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or valid for in-store credit.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

Silver Linings 925 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or items. All items are sent via USPS fully insured with a tracking number. If anything were to happen, we recommend contacting USPS to file a claim.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
